FLWR
Original Release Date: 05/04/2771
FLWR emerged from the nearly uninhabitable Acid Lakes of the Whirlpool Galaxy and they did not waste time tapping into their rage with their debut album. Partially plant-based, the quartet could not survive beyond the borders of their municipality, the hazardous conditions, to those made of other organic materials, was the only thing keeping them alive. This unprecedented case of Stockholm Syndrome allowed them to vent not just their spore-forming cavities, but their grievances. Technology seemed to have stalled, preventing proper attire from being created to move beyond their humble borders (see Oil-Based Life Forms). Vowing to amass a wealth unheard of in the Acid Lakes, they preceded to lay down a monster debut featuring three Top Ten hits: Poison Control, Acid Reflux, and Spores For Breakfast. The angry snare combined with the often digital overmodulation of their synthesizers to create a vintage sound that thundered with purpose and screamed into the void. They would eventually escape from their droll existence on the wings of their efforts, but success, while bringing much green, wilted their anger until home seemed like paradise.
